Crisci Group announces ‘Flora’ Joint Venture with Vitura Health

The 19th of November 2024, marked an exciting milestone for the Crisci Group with an important announcement regarding its involvement as the selected dispensary group from the operating ReLeaf Dispensaries. This includes locations in St Kilda, Bentleigh, Caloundra and Fortitude Valley.

As part of the Crisci Group, these dispensaries have been selected in the ‘Flora’ joint venture, which acquired the majority of assets owned by ReLeaf Group Limited and its subsidiaries.

CEO David Crisci said “I’m personally excited as well as my team to work with Vitura Health (ASX:VIT) which holds a 50% interest in the joint venture”

This milestone is exciting as the medicinal cannabis industry evolves in Australia. We are excited to support patient access to medicinal cannabis products through brick and mortar clinics where patients can visit medical doctors face to face.
